The DayTrading.com Broker Awards for 2025. The trading landscape continues to see big changes and significant challenges – our Awards acknowledge those brands that have adapted best, continued to innovate and maintained a customer focus.
In addition to Best Overall Broker, Best Forex Broker and Best Trading App, we also award a Best Broker Award in certain regions where the regulatory framework is unique, or more specific, e.g. the US and Australia.
From depth of markets and investments to customer service, we have tried to include every aspect of what makes a broker stand out. In a hugely competitive arena, spreads and trading costs remain important, as does the trading platform itself.
In addition, we have looked at the overall health of a firm too. Customer feedback also feeds into our decision making.
With some notable brands taking actions that clearly disregarded the best interests of their customers in recent years, we have rewarded firms who treat customers fairly.
Below we detail the winners and explain the basis on which we made each Award decision. We also mention notable runners up where the call was close. Feel free to send us your feedback and contribute to the winners and losers over the next 12 months.
Best Forex Broker Award
Winner: Roboforex
Runners Up: Pepperstone
Roboforex have jumped to the top of the list in 2025, after expanding the forex offering, reducing spreads and opening up services around the globe. Significant investment in customer service has also paid dividends with client approval.
Tight spreads, even in volatile markets, are a clear sign that Roboforex are focussed on offering their traders the best market conditions they can.
Pepperstone remain another leading provider of forex trading, maintaining their strong position throughout the years.
Best Binary Broker Award
Winner: Pocket Option
Runner Up: Capitalcore
Pocket Option continue to expand their offering and operate with transparency. In a challenging sector, Pocket Option have maintained positive customer feedback.
Maintaining services to clients in various countries, Pocket Option also deliver a broad range of expiry options and markets, so that clients can take advantage of more opportunities. Payout percentages also remain high across the majority of major markets.
Capitalcore only joined the binary sector in the last 12 months, but appear to be offering a user-friendly service – a brand to watch.
Note binaries are banned or heavily restricted in some major jurisdictions, such as the US, UK, EU and Australia.
Best US Broker Award
Winner: Interactive Brokers
Runner Up: Plus500
Interactive Brokers excel in the US market. A more specific regulatory market means US brands are judged on trading fees and customer service rather than range of markets or similar factors.
Interactive Brokers have a long track record of delivering for US traders, and they continue to do so in 2025. With margin rates way lower than the industry standard, the brand offer a global service at a minimal cost to the trader.
With more brands beginning to offer US clients access to the futures market, the competition is hotting up for new clients and costs should come down as a result. Plus500 are one such brand attracting a lot of interest with their US futures offering.
Best Aus Broker Award
Winner: Pepperstone
Runner Up: Fusion
Pepperstone offer a superb all-round package and ASIC regulation makes them a clear choice for operators providing services in Australia.
The region continues to evolve, in terms of trading rules and market access, but Pepperstone have always provided a robust, yet flexible service that can adapt as required.
As noted in our overall award, Pepperstone deliver in almost every metric we measure and offer a superb choice for any trader, but especially those in Australia.
Best Crypto Award
Winner: Eightcap
Runner Up: eToro
Another year, another crypto horror story. After the collapse of FTX, this time it is a huge hack via North Korea at byBit. It all leads back to trying to ensure traders are safe from this type of threat.
More robust, and regulated, trading platforms such as Eightcap and eToro, give traders more confidence. The depth of markets at Eightcap, coupled with low trading fees and a strong track record, mean the 2025 “Best Crypto” title goes to Eightcap for the second year running.
There are also developments coming at Eightcap which will strengthen their position as the “go to” brand for crypto traders and they expand their integrations into existing exchanges. Watch this space.
Best Trading App Award
Winner: Deriv
Runners Up: Pepperstone
Deriv improved their mobile offering over the last 12 months, and now deliver a service that their clients are very happy with.
A well rated, and very functional app, means the broad scope of trading choices at Deriv is fully available on mobile devices. Customer Service via the app, and reliable performance, were two other key factors in Deriv taking the title in 2025.
Pepperstone regularly feature in the “Best App” shortlist, and are worthy of a mention again this year, with more recent improvements keeping their mobile offering among the best out there.
Best MT4/MT5 Broker
Winner: IC Markets
Runners Up: Pepperstone
IC Markets offer a level of MetaTrader integration that puts them at the top of the pile. While many providers are beginning to add MT4 and MT5 integration, IC Markets have worked with them for many years, refining the services and ensuring all the benefits of the platform are available for their clients.
An ever present in almost every category, Pepperstone also offer well thought out integrations with the MetaTrader platforms and are worthy of a mention here.
Best TradingView Broker
Winner: Eightcap
Runners Up: Pepperstone
Eightcap have made a huge effort to maximise their partnership with TradingView and this is reflected in their integration.
From the full range of chart types, to integrating the TradingView mobile into their own trading platform, Eightcap have left no stone unturned. Use the lab functionality to develop new skills, access the community or keep up to date with the Trade Zone. Eightcap are the best choice for TradingView integration.
Best Overall Broker
Winner: Pepperstone
Pepperstone continue to excel in almost all departments. From regulatory oversight, to customer service, the firm give their clients a huge amount of confidence.
The platform is reliable while maintaining super-fast execution times. The market depth is huge, with expert market analysis offered to traders via regular video and email updates.
The mobile offering is well rated by users, and delivers all the functionality of the full site.
Excelling in every category, Pepperstone are clear winners in 2025.

- Fast 50 Index (multiple years) - Deloitte
- Best Global FX Broker 2022 - Forex Expo Dubai
- Fastest Growing Exporter for Auckland 2018 - Westpac Auckland Business Awards
Pros
- After partnering with ZuluTrade and Myfxbook, alongside improvements to its own CopyTrader, and finally enabling cTrader Copy, BlackBull offers one of the most comprehensive copy trading experiences we've seen.
- With two ECN-powered accounts (Standard and Prime), plus Prime+ - an active trader rewards program offering trading rebates - BlackBull accommodates beginners through to high-volume active traders.
- BlackBulls’s research is superb, especially the daily ‘Trading Opportunities’ articles that break down complex market movements into easy-to-understand insights, making it simpler to capitalize on emerging trends.
Cons
- Unlike most top brokers, BlackBull charges an irritating $5 withdrawal fee, which can detract from the overall cost-effectiveness, especially for active traders who frequently move funds.
- Despite a growing selection of 2,180+ assets, including additions to its Asia Pacific indices, they are mainly stocks with an average selection of currency pairs and indices.
- Although the Education Hub now features improvements like webinars and tutorials, the courses we’ve explored need more focus on explaining the wider economic factors influencing prices.
Vantage
Vantage remains an excellent option for CFD traders seeking a tightly-regulated broker with access to the reliable MetaTrader platforms. The fast sign-up process and $50 minimum deposit make it very straightforward to start day trading quickly.

Moomoo has won 3 awards:
- Best Global Investment Platform 2025 - Sensor Tower APAC Awards
- #1 Broker for Stocks in North America 2025 - TradingView
- Best Trading Platform 2022 - Fintech Breakthrough
Pros
- The broker offers access to extended pre-market trading hours
- Moomoo is a Member of FINRA and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), adding another level of security for prospective clients
- API Skills provides agentic investing to retail traders, whereby users can connect their personal AI agents like Claude or OpenAI to Moomoo's infrastructure to execute algo strategies in plain natural language
Cons
- Moomoo has faced multiple regulatory penalties in recent years, including fines and orders in 2026 that stopped it temporarily accepting some Japanese and Chinese clients
- The account range is narrow compared to other brokerages in its class with no managed portfolios or robo-advisor solutions
- There is no negative balance protection, which is a common safety feature at top-tier-regulated brokers

FXGT Awards
FXGT has won 3 awards:
- Best Trading Conditions APAC 2024 – UF Awards
- Most Innovative Broker 2024 – UF Awards
- Best Hybrid Broker 2024 – UF Awards
Pros
- Five account types are available to suit different trading needs, including accounts for beginner and advanced traders, plus the Optimus account, which was built for day traders and now offers the highest leverage we've seen up to 1:5000 (amplifying profit and loss).
- FXGT supports multiple platforms, including MT4, MT5, and its proprietary FXGT Trader, added in 2024, catering to different trading styles, such as MetaTrader's automated trading with Expert Advisors (EAs).
- FXGT stands out after introducing access to over 30 popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. This is advantageous for traders interested in diversifying into digital assets and provides an additional market to explore beyond traditional forex and stocks.
Cons
- FXGT offers a subpar selection of around 185 assets, which is limited compared to category-leading brokers like Saxo with its 72,000+ instruments. In particular, FXGT does not provide access to a wide range of stocks from international markets.
- FXGT is regulated by regional authorities like the Seychelles FSA and South Africa’s FSCA for retail clients, but still does not hold licenses from top ‘green tier’ regulators such as the UK’s FCA or Australia’s ASIC. This means that traders may not benefit from the higher investor protections, stringent oversight, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- While FXGT offers some research, such as its market analysis section and an economic calendar, they are not as extensive as those provided by brokers like IG. Traders looking for detailed analysis, in-depth reports, or third-party research will find FXGT's resources woeful.
IFC Markets
IFC Markets is best suited to active traders who want flexibility, with a choice of micro and standard accounts, minimum deposits from just $1, plus the ability to blend multiple assets into a single synthetic instrument on the user-friendly NetTradeX platform – a feature we’ve not seen elsewhere.

IFC Markets Awards
IFC Markets has won 6 awards:
- Best MT5 Trading Platform SEA 2025 - World Business
- Best Multi-asset CFD Broker SEA 2025 - World Business
- Best CFD Trading Platform East Asia 2025 - Global Business and Finance Magazine
- Best ECN Broker Malaysia 2025 - Global Business and Finance Magazine
- Best International Forex Broker – Vietnam 2024 - Gazet International
- Best MT5 Trading Platform East Asia 2024 - World Business
Pros
- We’ve seen meaningful improvements over time, including the addition of a Standard ECN account on MT5 and expanded synthetic instruments on NetTradeX, showing IFC Markets is evolving to better serve active traders.
- MT4, MT5, and NetTradeX are all available on desktop, web and mobile, each with live and demo access, full functionality, and no platform restrictions even on micro accounts.
- With leverage up to 1:400 and $1 account minimums, IFC Markets offers easy entry for beginners and high-leverage traders. Unlike brokers under stricter ESMA or ASIC rules, its offshore regulation allows more flexible margin and account options.
Cons
- Support hours are regional and weekday-only. During late trades, don’t expect to get help via chat or phone – a big miss for day traders operating in global markets.
- IFC Markets is licensed only by the BVI FSC, which lacks the investor protections of top-tier regulators like FCA or ASIC. This showed in limited disclosures and fewer client safeguards.
- While ECN spreads on MT5 were tight in our tests, fixed spreads on MT4 are wide (1.8 pips on EUR/USD), and crypto spreads are very high (500+ pips on ETH/USD).
