Popular online broker, easyMarkets, has released a new Bitcoin account. Users can now trade any of the broker’s more than 200 instruments in Bitcoin without needing to exchange their crypto for fiat currency. Find out how to get started.

How It Works

The new trading account automatically creates a Bitcoin wallet address for convenience, allowing traders to respond quickly to periods of market volatility. The new investing solution comes with all the features of the broker’s standard accounts, from instant deposits to a series of technical analysis tools in the web-based platform or MT4.

Traders benefit from the same competitive spreads with zero commissions. Bitcoin account holders can also participate in the broker’s promotions – check terms and conditions before signing up. And for new users, a free demo account is available so traders can get to grips with the broker’s services before investing cash.

CMO at easyMarkets, Ohad Golan, had this to say of the update: “As Bitcoin approached the critical 1 trillion dollar market cap level, more and more people bought into the impressive rally, including our clients. With their funds in Bitcoin though they aren’t able to trade outside of an exchange until now. That is why this new type of account gives our clients even more freedom and choice when trading with easyMarkets.”

easyMarkets join PayPal, Twitch, Xbox and others in accepting Bitcoin for services and transactions. And whilst it may be among the first online brokers to offer a BTC account, other providers, in addition to big brands like JP Morgan and Amazon, are planning to accept BTC as a form of payment.

How To Open A μBTC account

Prospective users can sign up for the μBTC account in a few straightforward steps:
