"AvaTrade offers the full package for short-term traders. There is powerful charting software, reliable execution, transparent fees, and fast account opening with a low minimum deposit." "After exploring all the platform features, I think NAGA will be ideal for experienced copy traders who can reap the benefits of the higher VIP account tiers, including boosted earnings for copied trades and lower withdrawal fees. That said, I think beginners will also appreciate the user-friendly social features and education Academy."
Pros
  • WebTrader is well-suited to beginners and features a strong suite of technical analysis tools and market research for day traders
  • The broker’s unique risk management tool, AvaProtect, protects against losses up to $1 million and is easy to activate in the platform
  • Automated trading is supported through MetaTrader Expert Advisors (EAs), as well as the AvaSocial and DupliTrade tools
  • There's a great range of fee-free deposit methods, including bank wire, credit cards and popular e-wallets like Skrill
  • The broker offers reliable 24/5 multilingual customer support with fast response times during testing
  • AvaTrade is a heavily regulated and trustworthy broker with licenses from the ASIC, CySEC and more
  • Day traders can access stable spreads and zero commissions with no hidden fees
  • NAGA is an established firm with over 1 million traders and a public listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It’s also reassuring to see CySEC regulation at the European branch
  • I enjoyed using the broker’s user-friendly proprietary copy-tading platform and dashboard, especially the live social feed, Academy section and leaderboard
  • I like that deposits are fee-free and are available in a range of methods including credit cards, local bank transfers and e-wallets
  • I’m pleased to find a range of account tiers at NAGA with attractive rewards and minimum deposits starting from $250
  • I found reasonably low copy trading fees at NAGA, starting from $0.99 + 5% for profits over $10
Cons
  • A high $2000 minimum investment is required to use DupliTrade, which will be out of reach for many beginners
  • There’s an above-average $50 inactivity fee after three months, though this won't impact active day traders
  • It’s a shame that there are no rebate schemes for serious traders looking for additional perks - CMC Markets would be a better choice here
  • There is no ECN account with raw spreads
  • Traders from the US are not accepted
  • I was disappointed to find withdrawal fees for all methods, starting from $5 for basic account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is also higher than average at $50
  • Whilst still accessible to beginners, I think the $250 minimum deposit is still a bit higher than average

AvaTrade maintains a top position when it comes to social and copy trading tools. Traders can access the proprietary AvaSocial app as well as popular third-party platforms, DupliTrade and ZuluTrade. The comprehensive performance metrics can help you find the right strategy provider for your goals and risk appetite. I thoroughly enjoyed using NAGA’s proprietary copy trading terminal, which rivals some of the top competitors. There’s a visually appealing live social feed to explore alongside the Market Buzz feature, as well as the economic calendar and education section. I like that you can easily switch between live and demo mode if you intend to practice your strategies as you go.

You can speculate on underlying assets in the broker’s feature-rich web and mobile platforms with market-leading research tools to help discover opportunities. I found a good selection of 950+ CFDs.
