Cash Bonus

The 2022 welcome bonus is available to US traders only and excludes current account holders or investors that have closed an account in the last 90 days. The level of cash bonus depends on the size of the qualifying deposit:

  • $100 bonus –  $10k – $24.9k deposit / transfer
  • $250 bonus – $25k – $99.9k deposit / transfer
  • $300 bonus – $100k – $249.9k deposit / transfer
  • $600 bonus – $250k – $499.9k deposit / transfer
  • $1,200 bonus – $500k – $999.9k deposit / transfer
  • $2,000 bonus – $1MM – $1.99MM deposit / transfer
  • $3,000 bonus – $2MM+ deposit / transfer

Once the bonus has been credited to an account, the capital and qualifying bonus (less any trading losses) cannot be withdrawn for 300 days. Bonus funds may be revoked if a withdrawal is made.

Ally Invest Self-Directed accounts must be opened by June 30 2022, with a deposit made within the first 60 days. Deposit funds must also be made from outside Ally Financial. Accounts will be reviewed following the 60 day period to calculate the total qualifying deposit. Bonus capital will appear in client accounts within 10 business days.

Ally Invest Advisors Robo Portfolios do not qualify for this offer. Any bonus cash received during the calendar year can be included in a consolidated 1099.

Account holders that complete a first-time ACAT transfer of at least $2,500 can also receive a $75 fee credit. The credit will be deposited to client accounts within 30 working days.
