Tixee Review 2022
Tixee is a relatively new broker with a number of different features that make it an attractive option for clients interested in trading CFDs. Through one of the many platforms and apps, customers can trade in five different asset classes with leverage up to 1:500. This 2022 broker review will discuss how Tixee works, the platforms on offer, account types, pros, cons and anything else you should know before signing up.
Tixee is a CFD broker that facilitates trading in forex, cryptos, indices, stocks and commodities. The brokerage also offers a user-friendly social trading solution, making it attractive to beginner investors.
Launched in October 2020, the broker has already won awards as the best newcomer and the top IB program. Tixee’s headquarters are based in Limassol, Cyprus and there are additional offices in Seychelles and South Africa.
The firm is regulated by three financial watchdogs, including the CySEC, FSCA, and FSA.
Account holders can take positions on a decent range of tradable assets:
- Forex – 58 major, minor and exotic currency pairs
- Crypto – 7 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum
- Indices – 5 indices such as the S&P 500 and FTSE 100
- Stocks – 143 stocks listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and HKEX
- Commodities – 8 commodities including gold and silver
Firstly, there is the proprietary WebTrader platform which can be accessed directly through a browser. The platform is integrated into the central dashboard, which is the main portal through which you can monitor open positions, view pending orders and trading history.
Tixee has made it easy for clients to conduct technical analysis and execute trades through the beginner-friendly, browser-based platform. There is a range of indicators such as relative strength index and simple moving averages which can be overlaid onto price history charts. And with time frames ranging from 1 minute up to 1 month, many different strategies are accommodated.
Tixee does support price alerts however, they cannot be customized. Instead, you can select whether you receive alerts after high impact, medium impact or low impact economic events.
If you want a more streamlined trading experience, opt for Simple Trader. This platform does not offer detailed price history charts with technical indicators. Instead, you can see an unlabelled chart to show general trends, the change over the previous 24 hours, market sentiment and the buy-sell spreads.
Clicking on buy or sell opens a pop-up window where you can input the lot size as well as the price limits for take profit and stop loss orders. When our experts used Simple Trader, they found the terminal was the best option for novice traders.
In addition to the proprietary applications, Tixee clients can use the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms. Both are world-leading trading terminals where investors can use a range of integrated indicators or create their own. A selection of instant and pending order types, plus various graphs and charting styles are also available.
Additionally, MT4 and MT5 support the creation of Expert Advisors (EAs), so customers can set up automated trading robots to carry out strategies. Each platform can be downloaded for free using the links on the broker’s website.
One of Tixee’s prominent features is its copy trading service. Available via the main dashboard, clients can either follow another trader’s strategy or provide their own.
For clients interested in copying, there is a leaderboard of all available traders showing their strategy name, return rate, number of people following already and the fee charged. You will also be able to find detailed statistics on a strategy’s performance. For instance, the maximum profit overall, average daily profit, the best trade, the worst trade and a graph showing the returns since the trader started.
When you are providing a strategy for traders to copy, you need to create a profile for the trading system. This should include details such as what you will be trading and the minimum balance required to follow along. Tixee allows providers to impose a percentage fee so you can earn from the clients copying your trades.

Apps & Accessibility
You can log into your account either via your desktop at tixee.com/sign_in or through the mobile app. A download link for the Tixee mobile app via the Google PlayStore can be found on the main page of the broker’s website.
Unfortunately, there is no mobile app available for download on the Apple App Store. If you have an iPhone and want to use the proprietary platform, you must either find a third-party API online or access the central trading dashboard via a desktop browser. If you plan on using an API, then you need to verify it has the correct Tixee logo and name to ensure it is the right platform.
Both MT4 and MT5 have mobile and desktop apps available for download.
Tixee offers an extensive education program to help beginners learn more about the markets and pick up trading tips. On a regular basis, Tixee hosts 10-20 minute webinars which discuss market outlooks for the next few days. These webinars are great for getting help with planning out upcoming trades or discovering new strategies, for example, boom and crash.
There is also a detailed training course that can be useful for novice traders. It covers topics such as how to interpret charts as well as teaching foundational knowledge like how to recognize trends, peaks and troughs. The training course consists of 31 videos as well as 23 quizzes to review progress.
The choice of MT4, MT5, WebTrader, Simple Trader and mobile apps mean that clients have multiple ways to speculate on popular markets, including forex, stocks, energies, precious metals and cryptocurrencies. Clients can also make use of the social trading tool, auto trader bots, alerts and many indicators to help boost their returns. In addition, the vast educational materials available once you log in make Tixee ideal for beginners starting out. The only major downsides are the high starting deposit, long list of restricted countries, and wide spreads with entry-level accounts.
