The Equiti Group have added to their suite of trading tools with the introduction of the MetaTrader 5 platform. The desktop and mobile-friendly trading terminal offers advanced analytics, instant and pending order types, plus access to various financial markets. Read on for the details.

With ultra-fast executions, dozens of technical indicators and drawing tools, plus copy trading functionality, MT5 is a favourite with experienced traders. The platform is available as a free download to all Equiti clients and traders can access the terminal using their existing login credentials.

MetaTrader 5 offers a customisable interface alongside a suite of advanced tools and features. 2 position accounting systems are available, as well as 2 market orders, 6 pending orders, 2 stop orders, plus a trailing stop.
For technical traders, 38 indicators, 44 analytical objects, 21 timeframes plus an unlimited number of charts are offered. For fundamental investors, MT5 provides an integrated news stream and an economic calendar. A daily broadcast with newsletters from financial events also offer insights into factors influencing the price of stocks and currencies.
In addition, MetaTrader 5 facilitates automated trading through bots. Algorithmic trading tools are available in the integrated development environment – MQL5 IDE. And importantly, a selection of user-friendly guides are available for beginners.
