Juno Markets Review 2023

2.4 / 5
Juno Markets is #105 in our CFD broker rankings.

Juno Markets will appeal to traders based in the Asia-Pacific region looking for community and copy trading features. However, we found regulatory oversight and client safeguards are lacking compared to many alternatives.

Customer Support

The most notable downside with Juno Markets is the lack of customer support. There is no contact page nor an FAQ page and the only method of support seems to be the live chat service. On testing the live chat, we did not receive a response within the same day, which is disappointing.

The website is accessible in English, Korean, Indonesian and Vietnamese.

Juno Markets Verdict

Juno Markets is a good choice for all levels of traders. The broker offers competitive spreads and high leverage on multiple live accounts, as well as the reliable MT4 platform for seamless trading of forex and other assets. However, new users may feel limited by the lack of customer support and no deposit bonuses.
