Based on our evaluation, it’s unlikely that Darwinex is a scam. They are regulated by the FCA in the UK and CNVM in EU – both respected regulators that require registered firms to provide various safeguards to retail investors.
Where are you based? I ask because, like many firms, Darwinex also runs an offshore entity registered with the FSA in Seychelles, where you may not get the same protections.
