On the face of it, Trade.com appear to be well-regulated:
- FCA in the UK
- CySEC, CNMV, CONSOB in Europe
- FSCA in South Africa
- FINRA in the US
- FSC in Mauritius
However, I have some concerns:
- The FCA has issued a warning about clones of this website which could be linked to scams
- It’s not one of the larger, more established brokers in the market
- User reviews are mixed, as you’ve pointed out
Given these downsides, I’d consider looking at DayTrading.com’s top brokers.
