For those with experience in both, which do you think is easier for day trading out of forex or stocks? I’m curious about factors like volatility, learning curve, access to trading tools and risk management. Does one market offer more consistency or better opportunities for small accounts?

It really depends on your trading style. I’ve found stocks are more prone to spikes from news events like earnings, buyouts, product launches so there’s plenty of volatility to capitalize on if you can ride it.

Yo, I find day trading forex way easier. The leverage is on a whole different level compared to stocks. And no annoying PDT rule, so if you’re rolling with a smaller account, you’re not instantly handcuffed.

I ran into execution issues day trading stocks so largely trade FX now. Low volume stocks can have ridiculously wide spreads while if you trade major FX pairs it’s much more reliable.
