I used to use ServiceNow in a previous world and it was actually a pretty solid platform with strong capabilities that our clients appreciated. It also has major alliance partners in the industry pushing it forward, which could be a positive for its future growth.
But I haven’t used it in years so I’m not up to speed on its latest developments. I’ll be interested to see how its stock price fares.
