Yea,kinda same here but in crypto. I used to jump on every breakout n dump since the market’s 24/7 but tbh I was just overtradin n burnin out. Now I’m all about bigger trends n waitin on longer timeframes. Way better entries when I’m not chasin every move. Took a while to stop tryin to outsmart the market but now I trade smarter n actually get some sleep lol.
