The popular copy trading platform recently announced the launch of NAGA Pay. The broker’s new service will include UK and European payments, alongside a Visa debit card. Naga is making the payments platform free to new and existing users – enhancing the overall trading experience.
Naga’s payment portal allows users to open an IBAN and brokerage account together. The brokerage is aiming to launch multiple payment sources at the point of sale, allowing customers to divert capital from their wallet balance or divest a portion of their investment portfolio to make payments. The Hamburg-based company’s social trading services are also available from the payment portal.
The new payment services integrate with Naga’s existing trading infrastructure. This means customers can better manage their finances and process transactions while utilising their wallet holding for trading. Naga has also hinted at plans to expand into wealth management services, savings plans and more tailored loyalty schemes for active traders.
Benjamin Bilski, NAGA CEO, commented: “We worked hard to deliver the new functionalities and are excited about the possibilities NAGA Pay offers to our customers. With NAGA Pay, we are expanding our target group by hundreds of millions of users, diversifying our income streams, and have completely new ways of acquiring and retaining customers. NAGA Pay will become extremely relevant to our marketing mix”.
Naga is also applying for regulatory approval to provide cryptocurrency wallets. This will mean traders can make payments in leading digital currencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Naga is a regulated social trading platform launched in 2015. Users can take positions on more than 15,000 assets spanning forex, CFDs, stocks, commodities and cryptocurrencies.
The brokerage offers its own web-based terminal alongside the popular MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. As a result, clients can access a suite of instant and pending order types, plus a host of drawing and technical tools.
A selection of popular payment solutions can be used to fund accounts, from bank wire transfers and cryptocurrencies to debit and credit cards. Minimum deposits start at $250 and payments are processed instantly to allow rapid access to the financial markets.
